May

Isaiah is growing up extremely fast! Today, he learned how to click his tongue. When I click at him, he'll click back most times. :) It's very, very cute & sweet! He loves to do it too! He's waving hello & bye bye. He has stood by himself for a few seconds two times now, & he's getting more & more adventurous with his crusing. He is into EVERYTHING, & has broken a couple of things. He broke one of the angels my mom has at her house, & he broke my grandma's bowl that was on the coffee table. Needless to say, we have moved valuable things out of reach.

We bought Isaiah some clothes yesterday from Old Navy & Target. He is wearing 12-18 month clothes. They are a little big, but he's growing so fast, I couldn't see spending money on clothes he could only wear for maybe another month. :) Now, he has a little growing room.

I have started to plan his Birthday party in my head. I think I will write some things down & start getting them set in stone. I'm so excited about it! I have a feeling he will DIG into his cake! He's not very shy when it comes to food. :) We'll see what happens. I think I might go look for invitations this weekend.

I know this is crazy, but I have yet to send out some thank you's & all of our baby announcements from when Isaiah was born!! :O :/ I am HORRIBLE about mailing those kinds of things out! With our next baby, I'm definitely going to have to figure out a different method of getting those things out! So... I have come up with an idea. I am going to make a cute "newsletter" on how Isaiah is growing up. Include some pics of him over the months, & send that out with the thank you's & announcements. I figured I can write a little note in there about how sorry I am for being SO SO late! Hopefully the cuteness of the newsletter will make them foroget how late it is! :)

I celebrated my very first Mother's Day yesterday. It was so so special! :) Isaiah gave me a card, signed with his name & his hand print! SO sweet! Hubby gave me a card also, which was very sweet & special! It feels so good to hear "Happy Mother's Day!" but it also feels kind of wierd since I have NEVER heard that directed at me before. I love it! I'm looking forward to Father's Day so Isaiah & I can do something special for Ricky. :)
