Day Off

So, today my grandmother had a doctor appointment at 11am. My stepdad told me to take the day off & stay at home. It's been nice being at home today with Isaiah. It's nice to not have to drive anywhere. :) I've been doing laundry, cleaning dishes, and working on organizing & picking up around the house. (Which is always much needed!)

So ~ Some exciting news: Isaiah rolled over yesterday for the first time! (Back to tummy) He has been trying SO hard for what seems like forever and he finally did it! I am so proud of him! And I can't help but to think he is proud of himself! :) He had the biggest smile on his face after he did it! Once on his tummy, he started lifting up and it looked like he was trying to roll over onto his back! I'm sure he'll accomplish that very soon! :)

He is doing very well on his solids! He LOVES sweet potatoes! The other day, he ate 3.5 oz at one feeding! I was amazed! He really likes applesauce too. See the trend here? Sweet stuff is yummy! He still likes green beans, but not nearly as much as sweet potatoes! ;) I think I'm going to try carrots next! That way, we can have another "non sweet" to give him. (Squash didn't sit well with his tummy, so we'll have to try that again later.)

Speaking of food, little man is fussing at me for some. Then hopefully he'll take a good nap. :)
